Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Michael joined the firm in 2019. Previously, he spent the past 16 years at EII Capital Management Inc. as the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the past three years. Prior to joining EII, Michael spent 10 years as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset Management Inc. in a variety of client interfacing roles with a focus on Institutional clients. He is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) and the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) and has served on a variety of Irish Management Company Boards in Ireland. He received his B.S. in Finance and Business Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
